Can Dogs Eat Pineapple ?

Pineapple is a great fruit that helps to enhance the digestive health of your dog. It is a great occasional treat. Therefore, if you have been denying your dog pineapples, it is time to use it occasional. It can be used as a training treat. Moreover, pineapples contain an enzyme that helps a dog to digest proteins. Dogs love meat and it is high in protein. Too much meat causes stomach upsets however, when you serve pineapple, your dog will comfortably digest proteins. Pineapple is also a great source of vitamin. A dog can produce its own vitamin C but pineapples ensure it has enough vitamins for its general wellbeing.

Thanks, my dog ran over as soon as I opened the container of fresh pineapple. She doesn’t do that often, only when it’s something she especially likes, tomatoes, cukes, and her favorite broccoli. But I wasn’t sure it’d be okay to give it to her, I’m happy to learn she can have it along with her other ‘human’ treats =)

I have a Pug who loves fruit very much. It is his favorite treat, and he basically wants to have everything I am having. One day, I was eating pineapple – one of my favorite fruits, and he really wanted some too. I was actually really unsure because pineapple is one of those ‘exotic’ fruits that I worry will upset his stomach. However, now with this information, my pug can enjoy my favorite fruit with me, while receiving health benefits from it. I recommend everyone to feed their dogs pineapple because it is nutritious and they LOVE it so much. They will also love you for it. :D
