Trichinosis, as well known as trichinellosis, which is a worldwide, food borne type of ailment that is caused from an intestinal roundworm, unusual in the US. Both human’s beings and pets who consume undercooked or raw meat of the infected animals can build up the disease. Raw or o Undercooked meat of the infected animals contains that roundworm. This disease can be an influence to muscle pain and soreness together with a bulge of the upper eyelids to more harsh symptoms.
