Can Dogs Eat Almonds ?

A cursory glance on any list that has foods that dogs must avoid will always include nuts. Nuts contain many toxic substances (toxic in the system of canines) that could prove fatal. However, when you peek into the nuts that can do irreparable damage to a dog, almonds are conspicuously absent. Well, not quiet absent. In minute qualities, almonds are not bad. However, when you make it a habit to feed these canines on human food regularly and the fallout could be drastic. In mind is the possibility that when consumed over the long term there is the possibility of pancreatic cancer. Vomiting and diarrhea also become part of the package when almonds are over consumed.
